Do you sell directly to the public?
No we are a wholesale company that deals with retailers only.

What are your minimums for placing orders?
Opening orders at Harman are $500 for new customers, reorders and individual shipments thereafter $300. Each product has a minimum qty to order in and pack sizes may not be broken.

How do I obtain a catalogue or price list?
Please locate a sales rep for your area in the Contact Us section of our website and contact them for further information.

What currency Is your price list in?
harman has separate USD and CAD price lists, taxes excluded and are net wholesale to trade only. Please request the correct list for your location.

How do I place an order?
Please locate our sales rep for your area in the Contact Us section of our website and place your order directly through them.

May I order online?
Yes! Log in or register for an account at www.harmaninc.com. Wholesale only.

Payment Options
Credit card payments are accepted (Visa, MasterCard) we will charge the credit card at the time of shipment for the total amount of goods shipped plus freight and any applicable taxes.

Do you offer terms?
Contact customer service to discuss credit privileges. Term accounts paying with Visa or MasterCard will be subject to a surcharge of 3%

Online Promotions
Yes! Register for an account and you have the option to be put on our online mailing list to receive seasonal offers and discounts to shop online throughout the year. These promotions apply to orders placed on our website only.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Speak to your sales representative or call customer service.  

What is your freight policy?
All orders are shipped freight prepaid FOB our warehouse in Mississauga, ON or Buffalo, NY. The cost of freight is added to your invoice. Harman reserves the right to ship via choice of carries unless otherwise specified.
– Bulky and oversized items are subject to DIM weight charges. Additional freight charges will apply.
– Please be aware that shipments may take up to 4 weeks after trade show seasons.

How long will my order take?
Orders will ship between 4-7 business days after processing. Please note that orders placed at trade shows or during peak seasons may take up to 4 weeks to ship.

What is your back order policy?
Back orders ship automatically and without notification within 90 days of the original shipment. If a backorder has been held over 90 days from the original shipment or is valued under $50, Harman reserves the right to cancel the shipment.

Quality
Since Harman textiles are hand woven slight irregularities within the weave /color are not considered flaw, no returns will be accepted for this reason.

Will cotton textile items shrink after washing?
100% cotton from India is beautiful. However, as long as care instructions are followed, shrinkage will vary between 6-8%.

Returns and Damages
Please examine your order immediately for discrepancies. Claims need to be reported to customer service within 15 days of receipt of shipment. All returns require a return authorization number (RAN) and must be received in their original packaging. RAN numbers may be obtained by calling customer service at 1-800-363-7608. Unauthorized returns will be refused at shipper’s expense, all items not inter original packaging will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
